part i.
Character name: Logan a.k.a Wolverine
Fandom: Marvel Comics (X-Men movies)
Species (vampire, werewolf, what have you): Mutant, as understood by the X-Men canon.
Character powers:
First and foremost, Logan possesses the power of rapid healing. It has a lot of implication and is the core foundation behind what makes him a dangerous man. He has been proven to be more or less unkillable, barring any experiments to do with decapitation or a nuclear warhead, say. It also decreases the rate of his aging, as he is, by now, almost a century and a half old. He is resistant (but not immune) to toxins, which makes getting drunk or benefiting from tobacco particularly difficult, but not for a lack of trying (hence the cigars). He does not get sick. Minor wounds heal instantly, and major wounds-- well they aren't far behind either. This is only supported by, and the cause behind even being able to have, an adamantium skeleton.

Or rather, a skeleton that is coated and bonded with adamantium. This is a practically unbreakable metal alloy that means it is impossible to break his bones or even shoot him in the head with anything that isn't, in fact, adamantium itself, or some magical/science type substance written to trump it specifically. It also coats the three retractable bone claws he has in each hand, sharpened to an incredible degree and able to slash through solid metal without too much in the way of effort.

Hang on, don't you have to be super strong to--

Logan possesses certain enhancements that are both their own mutation as well as directly related to his healing capabilities and additional advancements. He has an enchanced strength due to the indestructible nature of his bones and rapid healing of his muscles, allowing him to push himself much further than any normal man, both in general building up his strength as well as particular instances of lifting the heavy thing. To go along with this, he also possesses enhanced speed and agility, but it is relatively within the realms of human achievement (or pushing its boundaries) in comparison to mutants who possess powers specific to this.

Last but not least, he has heightened senses which lend themselves to his more animalistic traits (which is expanded on more in Personality). He has an advanced sense of smell that can allow him to follow particular people, allowing for the right environments (not too confusing, distinctive scents like perfume, etc.) or find someone hidden nearby. He can hear whispers across the room, and he can see well in the dark.

part ii.
1.) Is it acceptable for your character to be mind-controlled or persuaded? How susceptible are they to mind control, hypnotism, or suggestion?
He is susceptible as anyone to telepathic and empathic power. That said, he has more than a little experience in being exposed to telepathy, so depending on what's happening, he may be aware or able to will against it. But only within human bounds.

2.) Is it acceptable for your character to have their mind read? Does this include traumatic memories? What is their mind like (disturbing, orderly, joyful, surprisingly empty, etc.)? If the character has psychic walls or preventative measures against psychic interference, please explain.
This is acceptable. But as a note, there are vast gaps in Wolverine's mind where memories should be. The last fifteen years are pretty clear, showing also that he has not aged during this time at all, but before that, it's all blank except for fragments. It is not possible for a telepath to automatically draw out these missing memories. It would take a lot of work and coaxing, seeing as these memories were removed via adamantium bullets applied to his brain, forcing it to heal back anew. But considering he occasionally has flashbacks and dreams of especially traumatic memories, they're not all the way gone. Your character can witness these fragments too.

3.) Are thoughts mentioned in narration acceptable for a telepath to pick up?
Sure.

4.) What about emotions, in the case of an empath? What sort of general emotional reading would such a character receive from yours?
Brimming surliness, some repressed grief for the death of a friend, predatorily tense suspicion, and that waiting trigger of beserker rage that only sets off in the heat of battle.

5.) Are there any aspects of your character's mind, emotions, or memories you would like to be picked up, mentioned, or used in character? Conversely, is there anything that should not be noticed, or at least never mentioned?
No real thoughts on this! Anything is mostly fair game, but let's talk about it.

part iii.
1.) Physically speaking, what stands out about your character? Imposing size? Physical scarring? Tattoos?
At about 6'2", Logan is an imposing figure. With a superpower tailored towards enabling close combat, his physique is not far behind, presenting one muscular dude, broad-shouldered and barrel chested. And kind of hairy. He has dark eyes and dark hair, which is usually cut with some length and combed back from his face, about an inelegant as the mutton chops growing scraggly down his jaw. It isn't often people feel inspired to give him shit about any of these choices, however.

He has a thuggish, heavy way of moving, slow when he doesn't have to be fast. During the heat of battle, this is somewhat the opposite, able to be fairly agile and even graceful to execute what he has to, although he does rely on brute strength and his own density as well. His expressions are generally carved from stone, wearing fury quite well as much as it does pensive tension. That said, he is capable of smiles and softer irony.

Oh, and his skeleton is bonded with a metal alloy called adamantium, which includes the three bone claws that extend out from between his knuckles, making them appear as blades. More on this in the abilities section, but appearances-wise, it mostly presents as making him unusually heavy, or showing up silver should he suffer deep scrapes.

2.) Is your character immune to any of the following: poisons, chemical agents, telekinetic influence, radiation, or types of illnesses?
He cannot get ill, nor does he age anymore. He isn't immune to toxins and chemicals, but it does take a lot more for him to feel the effects than it does an ordinary human. Radiation, telekinetic influence and other types of damage are fair game, but he heals rapidly.

3.) Is your character physiologically different from a human in any way? This can include their blood, skin, hair, et cetera being made up of something unusual or simply differing in construction and durability.
Well, he has bone claws that extend from between the knuckles on his hand - these are quite long and sharp. Additionally, they, like the rest of his skeleton, are covered in adamantium, which is an unbreakable metal alloy. As a result, his bones can never break, making him even tougher where his mutant healing factor did not already do so, as well as stronger, heavier, painfuller, etc. His mutant healing factor is also what sets him apart, making for rapid regeneration that lets him withstand basically any injury except decapitation. Or so goes the theory.

4.) Are you amenable to having your character be harmed in any way? How far are you comfortable with injury to you character going? Does this include being fed on by vampires, willingly or unwillingly?
DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HIM FOR REAL. Providing you can, anyway, he is combatively efficient.

5.) Is it acceptable for other characters with abilities of shapeshifting or disguise to imitate your character? Does this include ability mimicry?
Yes to all, except for the adamantium, which is an added advancement, not a superpower per se.

part iv.
1.) Can your character's presence or aura be noticed by other characters, and how would it look/feel to them? How would it manifest to a character with no supernatural abilities, if at all?
They can possibly sense he is not really human, and also that he is much older than he looks. They may also sense something of the animal in him.

2.) Can your character be affected by magic spells and curses?
Yes.

3.) Can your character be affected by sin and corruption, and be tempted toward expressing their darker urges (of whatever flavor)?
Hum. Yes and no. Wolverine is distinctly good, for all that he is an anti-hero. However, he can be possessed by things like rage and revenge.

4. What sort of sins is the character prone toward, and how might they best be tempted, if you are interested in such an event?
Wrath.

5.) Are you amenable to the character receiving prophetic visions, including as part of a plot?
Sure.

part v.
1. Is threadjacking allowed? Under what circumstances?
Yeah, go for it.

2. Is it acceptable for canonmates that are updated further than yours to inform your character of events yours has not yet experienced?
Yep.

4. Are there triggering or upsetting topics you would like other characters to avoid mentioning to yours for the sake of continued comfort (racist words, homophobia, self-injury, etc.)?
Not really.

5. Are there any additions you would like us to make to this survey?
NEIN.
